Stained Glass Pansies

This painting was done as a commission in 2005 for a lady in Fairhope, Alabama who loves pansies more than anything else.
She had seen a work I had done as a Father's Day gift in this style (which was a replacement for an old fake
stained glass window pane which had faded beyond repair.) Some people who saw the original for some reason
thought that my father had installed a new window.

While I don't work in this style often, it can be very enjoyable to do. There are other commissioned pieces
floating around in this style that didn't become prints. And there may be more in the future if the muse strikes.
