"I begged Marcel for years for permission to paint his dog blue ---
he kept telling me no, that the paint would never come out of his fur."

This painting is a tribute to a unique and loving (formerly homeless)
dog with tons of personality to spare - a dog who may have *finally* learned not to mark
the electric fence or dig out of the yard, a companion who will "sing" with you.
(Probably better than some American Idols.) The husky who secretly keeps the heart of a puppy...
